<div dir="rtl">:نبذة عن شركة المسربة<p><span>شركة </span><span>المسربة</span><span> هي شركة ليبية متخصصة في استيراد وتوريد وتوزيع المواد الغذائية الأساسية والكمالية. تسعى الشركة إلى توفير منتجات موثوقة وعالية الجودة للسوق المحلي، من خلال اختيار شركائها بعناية وبناء شبكة توزيع فعّالة تلبي احتياجات العملاء.</span></p><br>:مهمتك ك<span><strong>أمين مخزن</strong></span><p><span>بصفتك أمين مخزن، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة العمليات اليومية للمخزن، وضمان دقة حركة المخزون، وتنظيم عمليات الاستلام والصرف والتخزين بما يضمن المحافظة على جودة المنتجات وسهولة توفرها.</span></p><br><strong>:ستتولى المهام والمسؤوليات التالية ك</strong><span><strong>أمين مخزن</strong></span><p><span>استلام المنتجات والتأكد من مطابقتها للمستندات والكميات.</span></p><br><p><span>تنظيم وتخزين الأصناف بطريقة تضمن سهولة الوصول إليها والمحافظة على جودتها.</span></p><br><p><span>تنفيذ عمليات صرف وتجهيز الطلبات وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.</span></p><br><p><span>تحديث سجلات المخزون وإجراء الجرد الدوري.</span></p><br><p><span>متابعة تواريخ الصلاحية وتطبيق أفضل ممارسات تخزين المنتجات.</span></p><br><p><span>التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات والسائقين لضمان تجهيز وتسليم الطلبات في الوقت المناسب.</span></p><br><p><span>المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب المخزن والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة.</span></p><br>:المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة للنجاح ك<span><strong>أمين مخزن</strong></span><p><span>دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة المخازن، اللوجستيات أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.</span></p><br><p><span>خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة أو تشغيل المخازن.</span></p><br><p><span>معرفة بأساسيات إدارة المخزون والجرد.</span></p><br><p><span>مهارات تنظيمية عالية ودقة في متابعة البيانات.</span></p><br><p><span>القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتنسيق مع مختلف الإدارات.</span></p><br><p><span>إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office، ويفضل وجود خبرة في الأنظمة المخزنية.</span></p><br><p>إجادة اللغة العربية، مع تفضيل الإلمام باللغة الإنجليزية -</p><br><strong>معلومات إضافية</strong><p><strong> نوع العمل:</strong> مخرن.</p><br><p><strong>أيام وساعات العمل:</strong> من الاحد إلى الخميس.</p><br><p><strong>الموقع:</strong> طرابلس.<br></p><br><p>#LI-DNP</p><br></div> </div>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><b>JOB DUTIES:<br></b><br> Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods<br><br> Manage and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high performance <br><br> Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishments<br><br> Implement and maintain proper warehouse layout, storage systems, and procedures for optimal efficiency<br><br> Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy<br><br> Enforce health, safety, and security procedures in line with company and regulatory standards<br><br> Manage goods receiving and delivery (for external clients or delivery department)<br><br> Manage replenishment process between warehouses, coordinate with warehouse department about goods need, and with external or internal delivery team.<br><br> Coordinate with procurement department concerning goods PO and arrival.<br><br> Coordinate with stock controller concerning stock adjustment, new serials entry, inventory and daily operation.<br><br> Handle damaged goods, stock adjustments, and discrepancy reports in coordination with relevant departments<br><br> Track KPIs and prepare regular warehouse performance reports with action plans for improvement<br><br> Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry in ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)<br><br> Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability<br><br>
<br>EDUCATION & SKILLS:<br><br> Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred)<br><br> Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role<br><br> Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems, and stock control procedures<br><br> Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Office tools<br><br> Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills<br><br> Good understanding of warehouse health and safety regulations<br><br> Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; French is an advantage<br><br> Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage<br><br>
