Is committed to customer service and has the ability to meet the needs and expectations of healthcare colleagues and patients, adapts well and is flexible to changing situations, and demonstrates effective communication and teamwork skills. Provides support in anesthesia for routine and complex surgical cases by preparing and maintaining patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems before, during, and after anesthesia. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the licensed anesthesia provider in various settings, performing duties under the direct supervision of the licensed anesthesia provider, and providing support for routine surgical cases. Identifies safety concerns in the age-related population and is able to institute protective measures to provide a safe environment.</span></span></span></span></p><br> <p><span><span>The scope of responsibility, duties, and accountability at the facility department and position levels including knowledge and practice of the clinical/technical skills necessary to the position consistent with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) Anesthesia Technologist Scope of Practice. </span></span></p><br> <br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 1</b></u> <br><p><span><span>Provides assistance with invasive and non-invasive techniques (excluding the catheter insertion) which includes the following: direct systemic arterial, right arterial, central venous and pulmonary artery pressure measurements, patient monitoring and set up for anesthetic and respiratory gas, blood draw and placing EKG electrodes, blood pressure cuff and pulse oximetry on the patient. </span></span></p><br> <p><span><span>Assists the licensed anesthesia provider in difficult airway intubation by providing video laryngoscopy equipment and/or fiber optic intubation scope as requested. Knowledgeable in the techniques used in securing an open airway, e.g., jaw thrust, jaw lift, or tongue hold.</span></span></p><br> <p><span><span>Executes the Malignant Hyperthermia protocol as it pertains to the preparation of the anesthesia machine.</span></span></p><br> <p><span><span>Awareness of appropriate procedure to properly respond to codes and initiate the proper procedures to assist the licensed anesthesia provider and OR staff.</span></span></p><br> <br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 2</b></u> <br><p><span><span>Maintains, stocks, cleans and organizes anesthesia carts</span></span></p><br> <p><span><span>Maintains medications within their expiration date and properly disposes of unused portions or remnants in appropriate containers.</span></span></p><br> <p><span><span>Appropriately sets up the room with all equipment and supplies needed for the implementing plan of care for each patient procedure. Controls and maintains all perioperative anesthesia equipment and devices. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Role Overview</p><p>An established international security provider is seeking an experienced and highly professional Project Security Manager to lead the delivery of a diplomatic security support contract in Libya. This is a senior operational management role suited to a disciplined, mature, and proven security professional with significant experience managing armed or static security teams, close protection support, secure compounds, client-facing operations, and hostile-environment security procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, operational performance, discipline, compliance, reporting, and quality assurance of the assigned security project. The role requires strong leadership, sound judgement, diplomatic professionalism, and the ability to operate confidently within a structured international environment. Specific project and client details will be discussed only with shortlisted candidates during the interview and onboarding process.</p><p>Location</p><p>The role will be based in Libya within a secure diplomatic support environment. Movement, accommodation, operational access, and project details will be managed in accordance with company and client procedures.</p><p>Rotation and Working Schedule</p><p>Rotation schedule to be confirmed during the interview process. Deployment cycles remain subject to operational requirements. Availability required for operational escalation, incident response, and client support while deployed. Flexibility required due to the nature of diplomatic security operations in a hostile environment.</p><p>Reporting Line</p><p>The Project Security Manager will report to senior company management and will act as the primary on-ground management representative for the assigned project. The role will also maintain regular operational communication with authorised client representatives, internal operations management, team leaders, supervisors, logistics, HR, compliance, and support personnel.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Contract and Project Management</p><ul><li>Manage the daily delivery of all security services under the assigned project.</li><li>Act as the primary operational point of contact between the company and the client.</li><li>Ensure contract requirements, service levels, staffing levels, and performance standards are consistently met.</li><li>Maintain professional client communication and resolve operational issues quickly and appropriately.</li><li>Ensure all project personnel understand their duties, responsibilities, reporting lines, and operational limitations.</li><li>Support mobilisation, demobilisation, rotation planning, and handover procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate records for attendance, manning, incidents, training, operations in hostile, high-risk, or austere environments, with documented operational outcomes.</li><li>Proven experience supporting diplomatic missions, government entities, international organisations, or similarly high-profile clients under formal contractual frameworks.</li><li>Comprehensive operational knowledge of static guarding, access control systems, control room operations, emergency response procedures, and secure compound management.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in producing formal reports, risk assessments, incident documentation, and operational briefings to a professional and auditable standard.</li><li>Experience operating within structured compliance frameworks and adhering to recognised international standards, such as ISO 18788, ISO 9001, and ICoCA
