<p>Responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment across oil & gas facilities. Ensures electrical safety, reliability, and compliance with international codes and standards to support uninterrupted plant and field operations.</p><p>Provide technical leadership and support for electrical systems including generators, transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, UPS systems, and power distribution networks within oil & gas facilities. Develop, review, and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for electrical equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime. By highlighting the interconnectedness of food systems with challenges such as hunger, climate change, poverty, and inequality, the Summit led countries to develop national food systems transformation pathways under the leadership of appointed National Convenors.</p><p>Objective</p><p>The consultant will support the preparation of the national food systems transformation pathway of Libya. This will include assessing the current state of food systems, mapping key stakeholders, supporting the organization of a structured consultation, and translating agreed priorities into a draft pathway document in coordination with the National Food Systems Focal Point in the Government of Libya and ESCWA. In doing so, the consultant will draw upon ongoing regional initiatives on food systems transformation and ensure close alignment with regional consultation processes and timelines.
