Support the Senior Protection Associate (Outreach) in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of outreach activities in migrant communities across Libya, in close synergy with Client Units including the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) and relevant PxD teams. Identify and refer migrants interested in Client's services including Voluntary Humanitarian Return (VHR) assistance in accordance with established procedures, ensuring protection-sensitive engagement and respect for informed decision-making. Arrange meetings with Embassies of Third Country Nationals (TCNs), community leaders, and migrant groups to disseminate accurate and updated information on the VHR programme and its procedures, in coordination with the Consular Support Team and the CBP Team. With guidance from the Senior Protection Associate (Outreach), support the maintenance of strong working relationships with key VHR and protection stakeholders, including UN agencies, international and national NGOs, and relevant government actors. National Private-Sector Partnerships & Resource Mobilization (CSR Focus) Develop a strategic engagement plan for national private-sector entities aligned with UNFPA’s mandate, including reproductive health, gender-based violence, youth empowerment, and population data. · Identify and cultivate relationships with companies and business associations interested in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), cause-based funding, in-kind support, or joint advocacy. · Translate UNFPA program priorities into compelling value propositions for the private sector, focusing on shared value, reputational benefit, and community impact. · Coordinate with Programme teams to structure CSR partnerships—including sponsorships, co-funding, product/service contributions, and awareness-raising campaigns. · Support the Representative in high-level outreach, negotiation, and partnershipbuilding efforts with corporate leadership. · Maintain an updated database of private-sector actors, opportunities, and relationship progress. · Prepare briefs, concept notes, and partnership pitches tailored to business audiences. · Ensure due diligence, documentation, and compliance with UNFPA and UN policieson private-sector engagement. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job Summary The Laboratory Technologist II is responsible to perform and provide analysis for low to high complex diagnostic testing in the relevant section and provide Phlebotomy services especially for difficult blood draws.  Job Responsibilities 1 Actively participates in the technical and analytical work of the section.  Liaises with the Team Lead on appropriateness of tests, results, and additional testing as required.  Monitors, records, reports back results, and participates in discussions to rectify areas of concern if necessary.  Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and either corrects the problem or notifies the Team Lead.  Responds to questions/queries and resolves problems pertaining to test requisitions, specimen requirements, test additions, priority changes (from routine to STAT and vice versa) and patient results.  Investigates and takes action to resolve the problems with analytical methods and equipment.  Collects laboratory specimens and performs assigned laboratory procedures and other tests as necessary and immediately reports abnormal findings to appropriate staff. Verifies all critical results and documents with accurate follow-up. Performs pediatric and adult phlebotomy.  Provides phlebotomy support to other clinical units for patients with difficult veins.  Collects venous and capillary blood, using precautions that ensure the safety of the patient and Laboratory staff.  Performs positive patient identification and records appropriate collection information in the Center information system or on the Laboratory requisition form.  Ensures that all specimen collections and processing are performed in compliance with JCI, CAP and ISO15189 guidelines.  Performs appropriate documentation of Laboratory procedures to assure the accuracy of Laboratory records.  Assists the Team Lead in inventory management which includes stock monitoring and ordering.  Operates complex automated Laboratory equipment, computer software, and precision instruments.  In liaison with the Team Lead, provides technical advice on, and assists in the selection / validation of new equipment.  Job Responsibilities 2 Takes responsibility for the maintenance and safe use of equipment within the section. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job Summary The Anesthesia Technologist II plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of anesthesia care by assisting anesthesia providers and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of anesthesia equipment and supplies in various healthcare settings. This intermediate-level position involves preparing anesthesia equipment, assisting with patient monitoring, maintaining inventory, and providing technical support during anesthesia procedures.The Anesthesia Technologist II works under the direction of licensed anesthesia providers and collaborates with anesthesia team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure patient safety. Job Responsibilities 1 Consults Operating Room schedule to determine supply and equipment needs for procedures. Sets up, tests, calibrates, and operates complex physiologic monitors such as anesthesia workstations, intubation/airway devices, fiber optic endoscopes, physiologic monitors, and infusion devices. Troubleshoots anesthesia equipment malfunctions, routing non-functional equipment to the proper department for repair. Supports anesthesia providers using aseptic or sterile technique with non-invasive and invasive patient procedures including peripheral and/or central intravenous and/or arterial line placement; airway management techniques including mask, endotracheal and/or emergency methods and regional anesthesia techniques. Inserts peripheral intravenous catheters after validating competency. Leads in the preparation of the patient for surgery and performs pre-operative assessments as requested by the anesthesiologist. Ensures anesthesia providers have physiologic monitoring of patients notifying the anesthesia provider(s) of abnormal changes in vital signs and/or physical appearance of the patient. Supports intra-hospital patient transport, insuring integrity of all monitoring and/or circulatory support devices. Participates in the operating room infection control programs by performing duties such as maintaining cleanliness in anesthetic equipment in accordance with quality assurance programs. Ensure strict adherence to established procedures to minimize operating room pollution. Job Responsibilities 2 Maintains appropriate supplies and equipment in supply carts, report needs/usage to supervisor as required. Obtains supplies and equipment as requested by anesthesia providers. Assists with patient laboratory tests and results including, but not limited to, ABGs, ACTs and other point of care tests. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job Summary The Dialysis Technologist will undertake dialysis for renal patients alongside dialysis RNs, provide care associated with dialysis, daily maintenance of dialysis equipment and water purification systems, maintaining the proper buffer solutions for each patient on dialysis, applying quality assurance measures needed by department. Job Responsibilities 1 <ul> <li>Determines the supply and equipment as per the schedule of dialysis procedure.</li> <li>Prepares the machines for procedures including calibrating, testing and monitoring dialysis equipment.</li> <li>Fixes and primes the extracorporeal circuit such as dialyzer, blood tubing for the appropriate dialysis procedure and performs the internal safety test.</li> <li>Prepares the specific dialysis solutions according to Nephrology physician orders.</li> <li>Checks hemodialysis solutions conductivity, PH, and electrolyte composition daily and records it, and corrects/reports any abnormal values.</li> <li>Obtains pharmaceutical supplies and equipment as requested by nephrologists.</li> <li>Connects patients to Hemodialysis and SLED and terminates the procedure at the end of the treatment.</li> <li>Sets up and prepares CRRT machine for treatment in critical care areas in different modalities such as CVVH, CVVHD, CVVHDF, and SCUF.</li> <li>Performs tests and procedures related to specific patient treatment such as UF profile, sodium profile, and single needle dialysis options.</li> <li>Continually monitors the machines functionality and patients’ vital signs when patient on hemodialysis and corrects any malfunction.</li> </ul> Sets up and prepares dialysis machines and portable reverse osmosis units at bedside in different patient units including but not limited to critical care, oncology, pediatric units.
