With targeted, country-wide activities, Our client contributes to increasing access to justice and the delivery or responsive and accountable justice and security services for all living in Libya. The project focuses on three outputs: i) continue to enhance the capacities of institutions to deliver justice services, ii) partner with local government actors to strengthen justice and fight impunity at the community/municipal level, and iii) support CSOs and universities in service delivery. The project is aligned with Our clients new country program and the UN Strategic Cooperation Development Framework (UNSCDF) 2023-2025 and invests in long-term partnerships and robust monitoring and evaluation to ensure sustainable results, prioritization of those most in need, and value for money.</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span >Our client conducts outcomes, portfolio and programme/project evaluations at different stages of the Country programme to capture and demonstrate evaluative evidence of Our client’s contributions to development results at the country level, as well as to programme-specific objectives and goals. To this end, Our client will carry out an independent final evaluation within the overall provisions contained in the Our client Evaluation Policy.</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span > The purpose of the final evaluation is (1) to assess the overall results and impact of the project and (2) to serve as an accountability for donors and stakeholders, including beneficiaries. The evaluationwill identify what has been working and what has not and the factors behind them. The evaluation will also draw lessons learned and best practices that may be considered for future programming. The evaluation findings and results will be disseminated to and shared with relevant stakeholders,including donors and government partners, and communicated to project beneficiaries.</span></div><div><span >The independent final evaluation will cover the beginning of the project up to the day of evaluation, August 2026. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph">Overview of position<br><p>Under the overall direct supervision of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Programme Manager and senior MHPSS assistant, and Migration Health Division coordinator and overall supervision of Deputy Chief of Mission, the successful candidates will be responsible and accountable for the direct implementation of the IOM MHPSS activities under emergency response linked to Sudanese community in Libya as well as supporting the center-based and outreach. </p>
Role objectives<br><ul> <li> <p>Provide psychosocial support to the members of the migrant community enrolled in VHR program through providing scheduled activities in living spaces, holding support groups for identified target populations. </p> </li> <li> <p>Also supporting migrants living in the designated DCs, IDPs and host communities. The incumbent will provide professional assistance to the medical doctors in the context of the provision of medical support and care to the migrants and vulnerable populations. Role objectives Provide nursing care, treatment, and follow-up of patients according to doctor's advice and prescription. Assist Medical doctors during consultations and other medical procedures, like dressing, stitching, or stabilizing critically ill patients. Conduct Regular medical visits according to plans prepared by Health unit supervisors.
