<p>معرفة نظرية وعملية شاملة في توقع التآكل ودراسات اختيار المواد المتعلقة بصناعة النفط والغاز وتملك معرفة واسعة بآليات التآكل في التآكل الحلو والحامض وتآكل جوي، ومعالجة المياه، والتآكل.</p><p>خبرة في الرصد وتحليل الفشل ومسوح/تدقيقات التآكل. فحوصات وتوصيات فنية مرتبطة بالتآكل لإجراءات تصحيحية.</p><p>معرفة واسعة في تخفيف التآكل بواسطة الكبح الكيميائي، والحماية الكاثودية، والطلاء/التغطية الوقائية وتقنيات رصد التآكل.</p><p>أن يكون ملمًا جيدًا بالمعايير الدولية للمواد. خبرة باستخدام المعايير والرموز الدولية للممارسة، مثل API، ASME، ASTM، BS، ANSI، إلخ.</p><p>معرفة جيدة في تطوير المواصفات، الدعم الميداني العملي وبحث التآكل.</p><p>خبرة واسعة ومعرفة في استخدام برامج توقع التآكل.</p><p>لديه معرفة واسعة في تصميم الحماية الكاثودية لمنشآت ساحلية.</p><p>يمتلك معرفة نظرية وعملية في معالجة المعادن وهندسة اللحام.</p><p>لإنتاج أفكار مبتكرة، كتابة تقنية وعروض تقديمية.</p><p>إعداد نطاق العمل لمتطلبات جديدة في تصميم نظام CP، والذي سيتم إرساله إلى الموردين والمتعاقدين.</p><p>مراجعة نطاقات المقاولين والموردين.</p><p>مراجعة وتقديم التوصيات فيما يتعلق باللحاق الأنبوب الذكي.</p><p>تفسير وتطبيق مخططات ورسومات الهندسة المتعلقة بنظام CP.</p><p>الحفاظ على مقاييس أداء فعالة لجميع أنظمة CP.</p><p>إعداد ومراجعة إجراءات تجهيز الأسطح والطلاء والطلاء الواقي التي يجب اتباعها في الموقع وفي ورشة العمل الخاصة بالمورد.</p><p>اتباع وتنفيذ سياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة من الشركة.</p><p><strong>الملف التعريفي للمرشح المرغوب فيه</strong></p>المهارات: هندسة التآكل <br> الخبرة: 10+ سنوات <br> التعليم: بكالوريوس/درجة 3-5 سنوات <br> نوع التوظيف: مقاول دوّار <br> الموقع: طرابلس، منطقة طرابلس، ليبيا
<p>Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in Corrosion Prediction and Material Selection Studies related to Oil and Gas Industry and to have a vast knowledge on mechanisms of corrosion in Sweet, Sour, and atmospheric corrosion, water treatment, corrosion.</p><p>Experience in monitoring, failure analysis, corrosion surveys/audits. Corrosion related inspections and technical recommendation for corrective actions.</p><p>Extensive knowledge on Corrosion Mitigation by Chemical Inhibition, Cathodic Protection, Protective painting/coating and Corrosion Monitoring techniques.</p><p>To be well conversant with International Material Standards. Experience with the use of international standards and codes of practises, such as API, ASME, ASTM, BS, ANSI, etc.</p><p>Good knowledge in specification development, practical field support and corrosion research.</p><p>Comprehensive experience and knowledge in the use of corrosion prediction software.</p><p>Have extensive knowledge in Cathodic Protection Design onshore facilities.</p><p>Possess theoretical and practical knowledge in Metallurgical processing and Welding Engineering.</p><p>To create innovating ideas, technical writing and presentation.</p><p>Prepare scope of work, for new requirement in CP system design, which will be forwarded to vendors and contractors.</p><p>Review contractors and vendors scopes.</p><p>Review and make recommendation, in relation to pipeline intelligent pigging.</p><p>Interpretation & application of Engineering schematics & diagrams related to C.P system.</p><p>Maintain effective performance measures for all CP systems.</p><p>Prepare and review surface preparation, painting and coating procedures to be followed at site and at vendor's workshop.</p><p>Follow and enforce the QHSE policy from Company.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p>Skills : Corrosion Engineering <br> Experience : 10 + Years <br> Education : Bachelors/3-5 yr Degree <br> Employment Type : Rotational Contractor <br> Location : Tripoli, Tripoli District, Libya
