<p>Production</p><br><br><p>Qualite - Assurance qualite fournisseur</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur Qualité Fournisseur F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur & Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Mission du poste : <br>L'Ingénieur Assurance Qualité Fournisseur est responsable de la maîtrise de la qualité des fournisseurs afin de garantir la conformité des produits et des processus aux exigences clients, réglementaires et industrielles du secteur aéronautique. Il intervient tout au long du cycle de vie des produits, depuis les phases de développement jusqu'à la production série, en assurant la sécurisation de la supply chain et l'amélioration continue des performances fournisseurs.<br>Responsabilités principales : <br>-Piloter le développement et le déploiement des démarches APQP chez les fournisseurs.<br>-Assurer le suivi qualité des fournisseurs durant les phases de développement, d'industrialisation et de production série.<br>-Réaliser des audits et visites fournisseurs réguliers afin d'évaluer la conformité des processus et la maturité industrielle des fournisseurs, avec un minimum de quatre visites/audits par an pour les fournisseurs stratégiques ou critiques.<br>-Identifier, évaluer et gérer les fournisseurs à haut risque ("High Risk Suppliers") en mettant en place des plans d'actions adaptés pour sécuriser les livraisons et réduire les risques qualité et supply chain.<br>-Piloter les actions de résolution de problèmes et les plans d'amélioration continue à travers les méthodologies qualité telles que 8D, RCCA, PDCA et analyses de causes racines.<br>-Analyser les non-conformités fournisseurs et assurer le suivi des actions correctives et préventives jusqu'à leur clôture effective.<br>-Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance fournisseurs : PPM, taux de non-conformité, respect des délais de livraison, coûts de non-qualité et efficacité des plans d'actions.<br>-Participer à la sélection, à la qualification et à l'homologation des nouveaux fournisseurs conformément aux exigences internes et clients.<br>-Vérifier et valider les livrables qualité fournisseurs tels que FAI, DVI, PPAP, AMDEC, plans de contrôle et dossiers de validation industrielle.<br>-Assurer la conformité des fournisseurs aux normes et exigences aéronautiques applicables, notamment EN9100, NADCAP et exigences spécifiques clients.<br>-Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Engineering, Achats, Production, Supply Chain et Programmes afin de garantir la maîtrise des risques fournisseurs et la continuité des activités industrielles.<br>-Participer à la gestion des transferts industriels et à la sécurisation des montées en cadence.<br>-Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du management sur l'état des performances fournisseurs, les risques identifiés et les plans d'actions en cours.<br>-Être disponible pour des déplacements nationaux et internationaux fréquents selon les besoins des projets, des audits ou des situations critiques fournisseurs.<br>-Intervenir rapidement en cas de crise qualité fournisseur afin de limiter les impacts sur la production et les livraisons clients.</p><br><br><p> Bac +5 (école d'ingénieur ou master) spécialisation qualité, génie industriel, mécanique ou équivalent<br>Expérience de 2 à 5 ans minimum en qualité, idéalement dans un environnement<br>industriel (aéronautique, automobile, ferroviaire…)</p><br><br><br> </div>
