The Production Engineer is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. The role involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, implementing standard work, and managing risks during service operations.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time</li><li>Execute service delivery to customers</li><li>Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs</li><li>Assist Design/Technical Engineers with implementing technical programs and bid evaluations</li><li>Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services</li><li>Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections</li><li>Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and implement action plans to improve performance</li><li>Participate in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and Quality initiatives</li><li>Wear appropriate PPE and follow HSE policies</li><li>Maintain required safety training and certifications</li><li>Provide backup support to Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers as needed</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"><b>Qualifications & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)</li><li>Strong interest in production operations and service delivery</li><li>Basic understanding of engineering processes, safety, and compliance standards</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Motivation to learn and grow in production engineering and service delivery</li></ul><p></p></section>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer (Mid-Career) to support the Product and Service Delivery (PSD) team in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to our customers in Libya. The role focuses on developing and delivering optimized technical job designs, providing real-time operational support, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across Product Lines.
