Job Responsibilities 1 <ul> <li>Determines the supply and equipment as per the schedule of dialysis procedure.</li> <li>Prepares the machines for procedures including calibrating, testing and monitoring dialysis equipment.</li> <li>Fixes and primes the extracorporeal circuit such as dialyzer, blood tubing for the appropriate dialysis procedure and performs the internal safety test.</li> <li>Prepares the specific dialysis solutions according to Nephrology physician orders.</li> <li>Checks hemodialysis solutions conductivity, PH, and electrolyte composition daily and records it, and corrects/reports any abnormal values.</li> <li>Obtains pharmaceutical supplies and equipment as requested by nephrologists.</li> <li>Connects patients to Hemodialysis and SLED and terminates the procedure at the end of the treatment.</li> <li>Sets up and prepares CRRT machine for treatment in critical care areas in different modalities such as CVVH, CVVHD, CVVHDF, and SCUF.</li> <li>Performs tests and procedures related to specific patient treatment such as UF profile, sodium profile, and single needle dialysis options.</li> <li>Continually monitors the machines functionality and patients’ vital signs when patient on hemodialysis and corrects any malfunction.</li> </ul> Sets up and prepares dialysis machines and portable reverse osmosis units at bedside in different patient units including but not limited to critical care, oncology, pediatric units. S/He will be responsible for extending premium hospitality and exquisite service to the patients/guests across all departments/units, while operating at the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. S/He will ensure and maintain all day-to-day activities of the Department, improve all operational processes, and monitor effectiveness for the Department. Job Responsibilities 1 Crafts a personalized, elevated patient/guest experience for patients/guests while always maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Builds patient/guest loyalty utilizing luxury standards that foster an exclusive patient relationship and commitment to service excellence. Coordinates with the Director on patient expectations and patient category type. Provides mentorship and guidance to his/her team towards consistently delivering an elevated patient/guest experience, aligned to the Hospital brand standards. Handles and coordinates all aspects of a patient journey. Leads daily operational and logistical needs and guides overall efficiency in support of the strategic initiatives of the Department. Ensures flawless technological solutions for patients/guests. Responds to special requests from patients/guests and provides prompt follow-up as needed to ensure needs are met with full satisfaction. Takes corrective actions in situations requiring immediate intervention, including interpretation and administration of the facility’s policies and work rules. Job Responsibilities 2 Acts as a coordinator between patient, doctor, and administration. Explains services available and the need for the proper use of them. Oversees non-clinical activities in Outpatient and Inpatient Departments. Coordinates with the senior management in organizing any tours or visits. Communicates pertinent information (verbal and/or electronic) in a timely manner to the Director. Documents pertinent information, actions and decisions and communicates to the Director. Supports clinical, operational and facility services throughout the entire Facility on a 24-hour basis. Collaborates with the clinical and support staff to foster delivery of quality care. Assists in evaluating and reassigning staff during crisis situations. Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills Strong Knowledge of the Healthcare industry. Computer literacy, including the use of word processing and other software packages. Genuine interest in working within a caring environment. Team Player. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. High degree of self-organization. Ability to spot and solve problems, requiring effective decision-making skills. Ability to work long hours, often under pressure. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven with a strong ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to think critically and analyze infomration with efficient solution generating skills. Job Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in healthcare (required). Previous experience in Patient Care/Customer Care and Operations in a complex organization. 2-3 years of Supervisory experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in GCC (required). <section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Under the overall supervision of the Senior Protection Coordinator and the direct supervision of the Program Manager (PXD), the Protection Assistant (Assessment and Referrals) supports the implementation of pre-departure activities in line with IOM procedures, contributing to the orderly and timely collection of migrants information before departure to facilitate their return and reintegration process afterwards.Receive and process referrals from multiple entry points, including consular support, detention centers, embassies, hotline, and other IOM units and receiving missions.Perform AVM assessments for all received and referred migrants, including collection of biodata, documentation, and protection screenings in line with established SOPs.Categorize cases into Assisted Voluntary Return (AVR) or Assistance to Vulnerable Migrants (AVM), based on established guidelines,and document the classification accordingly.Enter every assessment into MiMOSA with supporting documentation, photographs, and required country-specific forms, maintaining data accuracy standards.Review paperwork for single-headed families and upload all necessary documents to MiMOSA in line with internal procedures.Refer cases to relevant IOM units or external partners (Medical, MHPSS, Specialized Protection, Consular Support), based on identified needs and established referral pathways.Follow up on referred cases using MiMOSA s reporting functions, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.Arrange with the AVM unit for clearance of vulnerable cases prior to the handover of the Travel Ready cases, to support completion of the VHR process.Support the handover of all travel-ready cases to the VHR Pre-Departure Case Management Team only once required steps have been completed.Conduct field missions to embassies, detention centers, and other locations as required for assessments and assistance.Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date case records for all assigned caseloads, completing data entry and reporting requirements in a timely manner.Apply protection principles, confidentiality, and dignity throughout the assessment and referral process.Perform other duties as assigned in line with the operational needs of the Migrant Protection Unit</div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileAt least an intermediate level of MS office skills; Good organizational skills; Good communication skills</section>
