<li><span><span><span><span>Checks hemodialysis solutions conductivity, PH, and electrolyte composition daily and records it, and corrects/reports any abnormal values.</span></span></span></span></li>

<br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 2</b></u>

<li><span><span><span><span>Sets and administers anticoagulant for extracorporeal circuit per physician orders.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Responds, alongside the registered charge nurses, to hypotension episodes during dialysis by administering IV fluids in the extracorporeal circuit according to physician orders.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Continually maintains immediate availability to coordinate in the emergent events of hypo allergic reactions, hypovolemic shock, and emergency procedures including code blue.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Maintains cleanliness of dialysis machines, internal and external disinfection after every care following procedures established by infection control team.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Assists in the disinfection of the water treatment plant.</span></span></span></span></li>

<p>Under general supervision, provides well site service to customers. Applies content learned through the formal training program in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and well site service delivery. <p>Helps ensure the provision of a high quality, cost-effective service with the emphasis on quality assurance in all aspects of the section supervised by monitoring and audit of internal quality control. </p><br>
<p>Ascertains that quality control procedures are followed prior to releasing clinical data. </p><br>
<p>Reviews and evaluates quality control, proficiency, and competency. </p><br>

<br><p>Expert in pediatric and adult phlebotomy. </p><br>
<p>Functional knowledge and clinical experience in Clinical laboratories. </p><br>
<p>Knowledge of and experience with Clinical laboratory safety and risks. </p><br>
<p>Knowledge of ISO 15189/CAP/JCI standards and guidelines. </p><br>
<p>Demonstrated strong analytical and decision-making skills. </p><br>
<p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </p><br>
<p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite</p><br>
<br><br><u><b>Job Experience</b></u>
<br><p>Minimum 4 years’ experience in clinical laboratories as a licensed Clinical Scientist or Technologist (Required). </p><br>
<p>Minimum 3 years of Phlebotomy experience in a pediatric hospital (Required)</p><br>
<p>Minimum 3 years as a Technologist in a CAP or ISO15189 laboratory (Preferred)</p><br>
<p>Minimum 2 years in GCC (Preferred)</p><br>
