<br><p><strong>About This Opportunity</strong></p><br><br><p>We are looking for a Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in Communication Services, specifically CS Core and IMS. In this delivery-focused role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions. You will also be accountable for driving profitable business outcomes by translating customer needs and emerging technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.</p><br><br><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><br><br><p>• Lead the deployment and configuration of Communication Services products<br>• Prepare and execute system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests<br>• Collaborate with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes<br>• Work with the team to investigate and resolve technical product delivery issues<br>• Maintain and update solution documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance<br>• Provide structured feedback to R&D teams regarding potential portfolio enhancements<br>• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information-sharing initiatives<br>• Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights to support customer competence development</p><br><br><p><strong>The Skills You Bring</strong></p><br><br><p>• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science<br>• Solid experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualisation<br>• CS Core Portfolio Knowledge: MSC-S, MGW, IP-STP, DSC<br>• IMS Portfolio Knowledge: MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, ENUM<br>• Knowledge of Cloud and NFVI technology is essential<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br>• Sound business understanding and ability to manage demand effectively<br>• Collaborative, innovative, and adaptable approach to work<br>• Strong planning, organisational, and results-driven mindset<br>• Additional programming skills are an advantage<br>• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role</p><br><br><p><strong>Why join Ericsson?</strong>At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><b>JOB DUTIES:<br></b><br> Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods<br><br> Manage and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high performance <br><br> Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishments<br><br> Implement and maintain proper warehouse layout, storage systems, and procedures for optimal efficiency<br><br> Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy<br><br> Enforce health, safety, and security procedures in line with company and regulatory standards<br><br> Manage goods receiving and delivery (for external clients or delivery department)<br><br> Manage replenishment process between warehouses, coordinate with warehouse department about goods need, and with external or internal delivery team.<br><br> Coordinate with procurement department concerning goods PO and arrival.<br><br> Coordinate with stock controller concerning stock adjustment, new serials entry, inventory and daily operation.<br><br> Handle damaged goods, stock adjustments, and discrepancy reports in coordination with relevant departments<br><br> Track KPIs and prepare regular warehouse performance reports with action plans for improvement<br><br> Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry in ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)<br><br> Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability<br><br>
<br>EDUCATION & SKILLS:<br><br> Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred)<br><br> Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role<br><br> Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems, and stock control procedures<br><br> Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Office tools<br><br> Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills<br><br> Good understanding of warehouse health and safety regulations<br><br> Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; French is an advantage<br><br> Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage<br><br>
