Almadina Misurata Co. for Paints, Pastes, and Construction Chemicals is looking for a qualified professional to join our Planning and Commercial Department.</p><p></p><p>Job Title: Production Planning Engineer</p><p>Location: Misurata, Libya</p><p>Required Experience: 1–3 Years in Industrial Planning</p><p>---</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Create monthly and weekly production plans based on expected demand, Make-To-Order (MTO) requests, seasonality, and machine/manpower capacity.</p></li><li><p>Generate net Finished Goods (FG) requirements against targeted stock levels and MTO demands.</p></li><li><p>Convert and schedule net requirements into production batches considering machine capacity and the availability of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging (PCK), and Manpower (MP).</p></li><li><p>Check and verify the availability of RM and PCK with the material planning team and key stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Update the production schedule dynamically upon any changes in RM, PCK, MP availability, or MTO schedules.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on production schedule progress execution to ensure all manufacturing orders are released as planned.</p></li><li><p>Communicate production schedule updates efficiently with all relevant stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p><em>Educational Background:</em> Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (specifically <strong>Industrial Engineering</strong>).</p></li><li><p>Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production planning or industrial operations.</p></li><li><p>Languages: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>
