You will report directly to the General Manager and form part of the senior leadership team.</p><p>You will not inherit a marketing function. You will build one — at the standard our brands and our customers deserve.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Role Profile</b></p><p><b><span></span></b></p><p><b>Strategy & Brand Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy across all Brandzo brands.</li><li>Champion brand positioning, visual identity, and consistency across every customer touchpoint.</li><li>Ensure full alignment with international franchise partners' brand guidelines and global marketing standards.</li><li>Translate business ambition into clear, prioritised marketing programmes.</li></ul><p><b>Team Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Build, lead, and develop the internal marketing team across brand, digital, content, and creative.</li><li>Manage external agency, production, and media partners.</li><li>Coach and mentor team members; create career pathways within the function.</li></ul><p><b>Customer Engagement & Growth</b></p><ul><li>Drive brand awareness, footfall, and customer engagement through integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, PR, and experiential channels.</li><li>Lead performance marketing across paid social, search, programmatic, and influencer activation.</li><li>Develop seasonal marketing programmes calibrated to the Libyan retail calendar — Ramadan, Eid, summer, and back-to-school.</li></ul><p><b>Commercial Performance</b></p><ul><li>Own the full marketing budget — planning, allocation, optimisation, and ROI reporting.</li><li>Build the measurement frameworks and reporting rhythms that demonstrate marketing's commercial contribution.</li><li>Partner with Commercial and Retail leadership to drive sales conversion through integrated marketing programmes.</li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder & Partnership Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage relationships with international franchise partners' marketing teams.</li><li>Lead mall-anchored activations and in-store experiences across the portfolio.</li><li>Represent the marketing function at the senior leadership table, contributing to broader business strategy.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

<p><strong>1. Job Purpose</strong></p><p>The Physical Marketing & Business Development role is responsible for expanding PGL's market presence within the Kurdistan Region through direct field engagement, showroom visits, relationship building, lead generation, customer follow-up, market intelligence gathering, and brand promotion.</p><p>The role focuses on developing long-term business relationships with vehicle showrooms, identifying new business opportunities, promoting PGL services as a direct Copart broker, and contributing to customer acquisition and revenue growth.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p> </p><p>· Conduct daily visits to vehicle showrooms, dealerships, and related businesses within the assigned territory. Meet showroom owners, managers, and key decision-makers.</p><p>· Present and explain PGL services, processes, and competitive advantages.</p><p>· Maintain regular customer engagement and relationship development activities.</p><p>· Identify potential customers and business opportunities, and generate qualified leads</p><p>· Follow up with interested customers according to company standards.</p><p>· Support customer onboarding and conversion activities.</p><p>· Assist management during customer meetings and presentations when required.</p><p>· Gather information regarding competitor services, competitor pricing, customer needs and challenges, market trends, and emerging business opportunities.</p><p>· Submit daily activity reports to the direct supervisor. Submit weekly market intelligence reports.</p><p>· Provide monthly summaries of performance and business opportunities.</p><p>· Escalate customer concerns, competitor threats, or operational challenges promptly.</p><p>· Represent PGL professionally at all times, and promote PGL services and value propositions consistently.</p><p>· Distribute marketing materials and brochures as assigned.</p>
