Plastic Scissors Machine Operator Technician (Detail)<br>First: Basic Operational Tasks<br><br>Receiving and Preparation<br><br>Receiving raw plastic rolls (sleeves) from the warehouse or from the printing/blowing section according to production stages<br>Ensure the roll type, size, and color match the production order<br>Mounting the roll on the machine and ensuring material feed alignment<br><br><br>Machine setup before operation<br><br>Set cutting dimensions (length and width) according to required specifications<br>Set sealing/cutting temperature<br>Set machine speed appropriate to material thickness and type<br>Calibrate photocell system to synchronize cutting with printing if present<br><br><br>Machine operation and production monitoring<br><br>Operate the machine and monitor the first cycle to ensure cut and seal accuracy<br>Continuous monitoring of bag quality (cut alignment, seal integrity, bags free of holes or tears)<br>Periodic sampling for inspection and comparison with quality specifications<br>Record actual production quantities versus targeted quantities<br><br><br>Second: Maintenance and Safety<br><br>Periodic (preventive) maintenance<br><br>Clean knives and heat-sealing molds after each shift<br>Inspect feeding belts and rollers for wear<br>Lubricate moving mechanical parts according to the maintenance schedule<br>Immediately report any faults or unusual sounds to the maintenance department<br><br><br>Occupational safety requirements<br><br>Wear personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, mask when needed)<br>Completely stop the machine before any manual intervention near the knives<br>Commit to not inserting hands into the cutting area during operation<br>Keep the work area clean and organized to prevent slipping or tripping<br><br><br><br>Third: Quality and Documentation<br><br>Quality control<br><br>Ensure bag weight (grams) matches the approved specification<br>Reject and process non-conforming production and record scrap rate<br>Immediately address any deviation in cut size or weak seal by readjusting<br><br><br>Documentation and reports<br><br>Fill daily production log (quantity, scrap, downtime if any)<br>Record data for each production order (order number, size, quantity, date)<br>Submit shift report to department head or supervisor<br><br><br><br>Fourth: Additional Responsibilities<br><br>Train assistant workers on feeding and packing basics beside the machine<br>Participate in periodic inventory of raw materials and finished product<br>Adhere to production orders and priority sequence as determined by supervisor<br>Maintain the machine and accessories and ensure it is not operated by unauthorized personnel
