Job Responsibilities 1 Conducts comprehensive preoperative assessments for surgical patients, including obtaining detailed medical histories, performing physical exams, and ensuring appropriate anesthesia plans tailored to individual needs. Provides leadership in managing postoperative recovery for high-risk surgical patients in the ICU, with a focus on cardiovascular, neurological, and respiratory stabilization.
