Plastic Scissors Machine Operators Technician (Detailing) First: Basic Operational Tasks Receiving and Preparation Receiving raw plastic rolls (rolls) from the warehouse or from the printing/blowing section according to production stages Ensure the roll type, size and color match the production order Mount the roll on the machine and ensure proper material feed alignment Adjust the machine before operation Adjust cutting sizes (length and width) according to required specifications Adjust Sealing/Cutting Temperature Adjust machine speed to suit material thickness and type Calibrate the photocell system to synchronize cutting with printing if present Start the machine and monitor production Run the machine and supervise the first cycle to ensure cutting and sealing accuracy Continuous monitoring of bag quality (cut straightness, seal integrity, bags free from holes or tears) Periodic sampling for inspection and matching with quality specifications Record actual production quantities versus target quantities Second: Maintenance and Safety Periodic (preventive) maintenance Clean knives and thermal molds after each shift Inspect feeding belts and pulleys for wear Grease moving mechanical parts according to maintenance schedule Immediate reporting of any faults or unusual noises to maintenance Occupational Safety Requirements Wear personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, mask when needed) Stop the machine completely before any manual intervention near knives Do not put hands in the cutting area while operating Keep the work area clean and organized to prevent slips or trips Third: Quality and Documentation Quality control Ensure the weight (grams) of the bag matches the approved specification Reject and process non-conforming production and record scrap rate Immediate handling of any deviation in cut size or seal weakness by readjustment Documentation and reports Fill out the daily production log (quantity, scrap, downtime if any) Record data for each job (job number, size, quantity, date) Submit the shift report to the department head or supervisor Fourth: Additional Responsibilities Train auxiliary workers on feeding and packing basics beside the machine Participate in the quarterly inventory of raw materials and finished product Comply with production orders and prioritization as determined by supervisor Maintain the machine and accessories and ensure it is not operated by unauthorized personnel <p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Number of vacancies: 2</li><li>Shift system: morning and evening</li><li>Benefits: transportation allowance, meals, housing, overtime</li></ul>
