Almadina Misurata Co. for Paints, Pastes, and Construction Chemicals is looking for a qualified professional to join our Planning and Commercial Department.</p><p></p><p>Job Title: Production Planning Engineer</p><p>Location: Misurata, Libya</p><p>Required Experience: 1–3 Years in Industrial Planning</p><p>---</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Create monthly and weekly production plans based on expected demand, Make-To-Order (MTO) requests, seasonality, and machine/manpower capacity.</p></li><li><p>Generate net Finished Goods (FG) requirements against targeted stock levels and MTO demands.</p></li><li><p>Convert and schedule net requirements into production batches considering machine capacity and the availability of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging (PCK), and Manpower (MP).</p></li><li><p>Check and verify the availability of RM and PCK with the material planning team and key stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Update the production schedule dynamically upon any changes in RM, PCK, MP availability, or MTO schedules.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on production schedule progress execution to ensure all manufacturing orders are released as planned.</p></li><li><p>Communicate production schedule updates efficiently with all relevant stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p><em>Educational Background:</em> Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (specifically <strong>Industrial Engineering</strong>).</p></li><li><p>Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production planning or industrial operations.</p></li><li><p>Languages: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Receive, sort, clean, and decontaminate used surgical instruments and medical equipment.</p></li><li><p>Perform sterilization procedures using approved methods and equipment.</p></li><li><p>Inspect, assemble, pack, label, and prepare surgical instruments and sets for use.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper handling and storage of sterile instruments and supplies.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of sterilization and decontamination activities.</p></li><li><p>Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times.</p></li><li><p>Check sterilization equipment and report any issues or abnormalities.</p></li><li><p>Handle surgical instruments safely and maintain proper inventory and availability.</p></li><li><p>Follow hospital policies, CSSD procedures, and safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with operating room and clinical teams regarding instrument requirements.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe CSSD working environment.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualifications & Requirements</p><ul><li><p>CSSD Training Program or relevant CSSD qualification.</p></li><li><p>Decontamination and Sterilization Certification Program is preferred/required.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.</p></li><li><p><strong>2–3 years of relevant CSSD experience.</strong></p></li><li><p>Practical experience in decontamination, sterilization, instrument handling, and CSSD procedures.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards.</p></li><li><p>Good attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in a hospital/healthcare environment.</p></li></ul>
