Arar Company for Importing Foodstuffs announces its need to appoint a highly experienced and capable Finance Director to join the team and contribute to managing and organizing the company\'s financial and accounting operations<br><br>Job title:<br>Finance Director<br><br>Work location:<br>Libya - Tripoli<br><br>Nature of work:<br>Full-time<br><br>Tasks and responsibilities:<br>Manage and organize all financial and accounting operations within the company<br>Prepare and review periodic financial reports and submit them to senior management<br>Prepare budget estimates and monitor their implementation<br>Monitor cash flows, expenses, and revenues<br>Supervise general ledger, suppliers, customers, advances, and loans<br>Review daily entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable<br>Monitor financial and tax and insurance obligations in accordance with applicable laws<br>Develop internal financial policies and controls to protect company assets<br>Review financial documentation cycles and develop them<br>Supervise the accounting team, distribute tasks, and monitor performance<br>Coordinate with senior management in financial and investment decisions<br>Prepare analytical reports on the company\'s financial situation and provide necessary recommendations<br><br>Required qualifications:<br>A suitable university degree in accounting, finance, or business administration<br>At least 7 years of practical experience in the financial and accounting field<br>Previous experience in the position of Finance Director or Chief Accountant<br>Proficiency in preparing financial statements, budgets, and financial reports<br>Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel<br>Ability to lead a team and organize tasks<br>Ability to analyze financial data and make appropriate decisions<br>Accuracy, integrity, تحمل المسؤولية, and commitment to professional confidentiality<br>Preferably experience in import companies or foodstuffs or general trading<br>Must be willing to work in Libya - Tripoli<br><br>Benefits:<br>Competitive salary determined according to experience and competence<br>Stable and organized work environment<br>Opportunity for career development within the company<br>Additional benefits to be determined during the interview according to company policy<br><br>How to apply:<br>Please send your CV to the email address:<br>**********<br><br>Or contact by phone / WhatsApp:<br>+218 91-0837070<br><br>Be sure to include the job title in the subject line:<br>Finance Director<br><br>Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview
