This is a senior operational management role suited to a disciplined, mature, and proven security professional with significant experience managing armed or static security teams, close protection support, secure compounds, client-facing operations, and hostile-environment security procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, operational performance, discipline, compliance, reporting, and quality assurance of the assigned security project. The role will also maintain regular operational communication with authorised client representatives, internal operations management, team leaders, supervisors, logistics, HR, compliance, and support
