<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical maintenance activities, such as installation, testing, troubleshooting and repair of diesel and biogas generators, all types of centrifugal pumps and progressive cavity pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, air blowers, air compressors, heat exchangers, penstocks and gates, softeners, all types of filters, all types of valves and shutter doors. Have a good experience in mechanical maintenance and overhauling of Biogas and Diesel engines and generators. Technical and practical hands-on experience to carry out all mechanical preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities. Hands on experience to deal and to use all types of mechanical tools. Have knowledge of pipe types and how to repair the pipe lines. Have a Plumbing experience. Supervisory skills to control and motivate a workforce of minimum number of 2 to 3 persons. Good knowledge of HSE requirements, electrical and mechanical Lockout &amp; Tag out procedures, hazardous, confined spaces and explosive areas precautions. Good knowledge of MS office. <p>Under general supervision, provides well site service to customers. Applies content learned through the formal training program in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and well site service delivery. Conducts and interprets results of routine and specialized testing in order to provide technical solutions. Operates separation and waste management equipment and demonstrates understanding of the affect on overall fluid performance. Works directly with both fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals. Demonstrates knowledge of company products and services, rig operations; fluids, separation, and waste management technologies and related processes. Performs in a professional manner as a Halliburton representative, maintaining a good working relationship with the operator&amp;aposs representatives and rig personnel. Demonstrates the ability to adequately prepare and track inventory of Baroid products and equipment spares at the rig site based on the drilling program and anticipated conditions.
