By highlighting the interconnectedness of food systems with challenges such as hunger, climate change, poverty, and inequality, the Summit led countries to develop national food systems transformation pathways under the leadership of appointed National Convenors.</p><p>Objective</p><p>The consultant will support the preparation of the national food systems transformation pathway of Libya. This will include assessing the current state of food systems, mapping key stakeholders, supporting the organization of a structured consultation, and translating agreed priorities into a draft pathway document in coordination with the National Food Systems Focal Point in the Government of Libya and ESCWA. <p>Libya is increasingly investing in digital transformation of the health sector to strengthen health information systems, improve service delivery, enhance disease surveillance, and support evidence-based decision making. Multiple stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health (MoH), National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), UN agencies, donors, and implementing partners, are supporting digital health initiatives using various platforms and tools. To ensure strategic alignment, coordination, interoperability, and sustainability of digital health investments(DHIS2 and Community health information System), our client seeks two Digital Health Consultant s to lead the Digital Health Technical Working Group (TWG), coordinate partners, support the development and implementation of national digital health priorities, and provide technical leadership for DHIS2 implementation and optimization across Libya.</p><p>The primary goal of this assignment is to provide strategic and technical leadership for digital health systems strengthening in Libya, with a particular focus on coordination of stakeholders, DHIS2 implementation and incorporating community health information system.
