By highlighting the interconnectedness of food systems with challenges such as hunger, climate change, poverty, and inequality, the Summit led countries to develop national food systems transformation pathways under the leadership of appointed National Convenors.</p><p>Objective</p><p>The consultant will support the preparation of the national food systems transformation pathway of Libya. This will include assessing the current state of food systems, mapping key stakeholders, supporting the organization of a structured consultation, and translating agreed priorities into a draft pathway document in coordination with the National Food Systems Focal Point in the Government of Libya and ESCWA.
