The incumbent will assist in managing feedback mechanisms, facilitating community engagement, and ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up of feedback and complaints in line with AAP framework and data protection standards</p><p>Role objectives</p><p>Receive feedback, complaints, inquiries, and requests from beneficiaries through the Call Center and other Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM) channels, ensuring respectful, professional, and two-way communication.
