The company provides services such as digital archiving and works with clients across different sectors, including public and private organizations.</p><br>Your Mission as an Account Manager &amp; Pre-Sales Engineer:<p>Your mission is to maintain strong communication with the company’s vendors, partners, and customers while identifying and following new business opportunities.</p><br><p>You will stay updated on the company’s technology products and solutions, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable IT solutions that support the sales process.</p><br><p>The role requires a combination of relationship management, opportunity follow-up, technical knowledge, and strong communication.</p><br>You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as an Account Manager &amp; Pre-Sales Engineer:<ul><li><p>Maintain regular communication with assigned vendors, partners, and customer accounts.</p><br></li><li><p>Build and maintain professional relationships with vendor account managers and technical representatives.</p><br></li><li><p>Stay updated on vendor products, solutions, promotions, partner programs, and important technical developments.</p><br></li><li><p>Monitor customer requirements, tenders, requests for quotations, and potential projects.</p><br></li><li><p>Identify and follow new business opportunities related to the company’s portfolio.</p><br></li><li><p>Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.</p><br></li><li><p>Provide technical pre-sales support, including product selection, solution comparison, technical presentations, and proposal preparation.</p><br></li><li><p>Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams when additional technical support is required.</p><br></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of opportunities, communications, pending actions, and next steps.</p><br></li><li><p>Ensure that opportunities and partner requests are followed up consistently and within the required deadlines.</p><br></li></ul>Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as an Account Manager &amp; Pre-Sales Engineer:<ul><li><p>Minimum of <strong>two years</strong> of relevant experience in account management, technical sales, pre-sales, system integration, or vendor management.</p><br></li><li><p>Good technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems, security, backup, virtualization, hardware, and software solutions.</p><br></li><li><p>Familiarity with several technology brands, such as HP, Cisco Technologies and more.</p><br></li><li><p>Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong communication, relationship-management, presentation, and follow-up skills.</p><br></li><li><p>Ability to manage several vendors, accounts, and opportunities at the same time.</p><br></li><li><p>Good organizational skills and attention to details.</p><br></li><li><p>Professional working proficiency in English.</p><br></li><li><p>Relevant vendor, technical, sales, or pre-sales certifications are an advantage.</p><br></li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li><p><strong>Working Days &amp; Hours: </strong>Saturday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)</p><br></li><li><p><strong>Location: </strong>11 JuneTripoli, Libya.</p><br></li><li><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Paid annual leave and overtime compensation.
