Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from a reputed institution (mandatory).• 7–10 years of mobile/telecom marketing experience, including 3–5 years in product management or product marketing leadership.• Proven MNO and/or FWA marketing and product-management experience with full product-lifecycle ownership.• Experience managing FWA CPE portfolios and device/OEM partnerships.• Strong understanding of the Libyan telecom market and competitive landscape.• Demonstrated success in brand strategy, integrated communications, and digital marketing.• Proficiency in data analytics, marketing automation platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools.• Proven B2B marketing experience and management of multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
