During tender stage, Estimator to review and select out from offers provided by UES purchasing department from approved/known suppliers/sub-contractors the most competitive offer and ensure that conforms to the technical specs requirement for the project.</p></li><li><p>Finalize/summarize the required estimation costing and prepare draft proposal as per the templates available.</p></li><li><p>Submit estimation to the Engineering &amp; Proposal Manager for review and costing along with the prelim draft technical/commercial proposal.</p></li><li><p>Assist the Engineering &amp; Proposal Manager in the compilation of Bid Package for submission to client including all required accompanying documents.</p></li><li><p>Contract review for newly awarded projects; carry out technical &amp; commercial contract review of contract documents (e.g. PO with its accompany documents such as project specs, drawings) in comparison with UES submitted quotation, tender docs and post tender bulletins to ensure that all the said documents are matching/in-alignment and check for any +/-variations.</p></li><li><p>Prepares quotation for Electrical and Instrumentation works for metering skids.</p></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>. <p><strong>Maintenance Management</strong> Executes work order through CMMS (SAP) and coordinates with maintenance engineer for job completion and technical matters. Apply technical craft, techniques, processes and principles and be responsible for all necessary preparation required to carry out mechanical maintenance to equipment/area assigned to him. Report to Maintenance Manager for daily activities spare parts and consumables in the department to update spares availability to cope up with the maintenance requirements. Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard Risk Assessment are carried out, controlled and updated. Implement, monitor and report IMS objectives, Targets and programs. Provide necessary resources for effective implementation and sustenance of IMS. Report IMS performance to the management periodically.
