You will ensure projects meet approved designs, quality requirements, safety standards, and relevant engineering codes.</p><br>You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Director of the Technical Department for Renewable Energy<ul><li><p>Lead and develop the renewable energy technical department.</p><br></li><li><p>Review and approve engineering designs, studies, calculations, shop drawings, and technical specifications.</p><br></li><li><p>Supervise project execution and ensure compliance with approved designs, quality plans, and safety requirements.</p><br></li><li><p>Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover.</p><br></li><li><p>Provide technical solutions for project challenges.</p><br></li><li><p>Manage engineers and technical staff and assign responsibilities.</p><br></li><li><p>Prepare technical reports for senior management.</p><br></li><li><p>Support tenders, technical proposals, and engineering studies.</p><br></li><li><p>Evaluate suppliers, contractors, equipment, and materials from a technical perspective.</p><br></li><li><p>Oversee technical training and staff development.</p><br></li></ul>Qualifications &amp;amp; Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive<ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.</p><br></li><li><p>Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management is preferred.</p><br></li><li><p>More than 10 years of relevant experience in solar system design, installation, and commissioning.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong experience managing technical teams and multiple projects.</p><br></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of PV system design, system sizing, load calculations, and energy-yield studies.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of electrical protection, grounding, lightning protection, and international standards such as IEC, NEC, and NFPA.</p><br></li><li><p>Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong leadership, planning, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</p><br></li><li><p>Proficiency in Arabic and English.</p><br></li></ul>Additional Information<p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>Work Type:</strong> Office-based with site supervision<br><strong>Working Days &amp;amp; Hours:</strong> Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM<br><strong>Location:</strong> Tripoli or Benghazi<br><strong>Benefits:</strong> Transportation and accommodation provided</p><br> </div>

You will support the successful execution of solar projects by ensuring high-quality installation, safe fieldwork, proper testing, and reliable system performance.</span></p><br>You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a <span>Solar PV Installation Technician</span><ul><li><p><span>Install solar PV mounting structures on rooftops and ground-mounted systems.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, combiner boxes, protection panels, and circuit breakers according to approved designs.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Carry out DC and AC cable routing, wiring, termination, grounding, and lightning protection works.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Perform electrical inspections, pre-commissioning checks, voltage measurements, current measurements, and continuity testing.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Participate in system commissioning and initial start-up activities.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Verify that system performance matches the approved design specifications.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance for solar PV systems.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and replace damaged or defective components.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Clean solar PV modules when required and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Follow HSE procedures, use PPE properly, and work safely on rooftops and elevated areas.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Prepare daily progress reports, maintenance reports, material records, and technical observations for the supervisor.</span></p><br></li></ul>Qualifications &amp;amp; Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive<ul><li><p><span>Diploma or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Minimum 5 years of experience in solar PV system installation.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Proven experience with On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar PV systems.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Good knowledge of electrical wiring, cable routing, termination, grounding, and protection systems.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Experience installing and connecting PV modules, inverters, batteries, and related solar system components.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in using electrical testing and measuring instruments.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Good teamwork, discipline, punctuality, attention to detail, and communication skills.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Physically fit to work outdoors, handle equipment safely, and work at heights.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>HSE, Working at Heights, First Aid, or Solar PV Installation certificates are preferred.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Valid driving license is preferred.</span></p><br></li></ul>Additional Information<p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>Work Type:</strong> Field visits and installation with office presence<br><strong>Working Days &amp;amp; Hours:</strong> Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM<br><strong>Location:</strong> Tripoli<br><strong>Benefits:</strong> Transportation and accommodation provided</p><br> </div>
