<p>Arroban International Shipping Company is hiring Operations &amp; Commercial Executives to manage vessel operations, NVOCC container tracking, freight forwarding networks, and commercial reporting for Oil &amp; Gas (O&amp;G) and general cargo sectors.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Commercial &amp; Network Management: Handle daily inquiries, prepare import/export quotations across various Incoterms, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reports.</p><p>Vessel &amp; Tanker Operations: Monitor vessel and tanker movements step-by-step, providing detailed operational tracking and updates.</p><p>Container &amp; NVOCC Tracking: Track and manage container movements closely with NVOCC owners and partner networks.</p><p>Stakeholder Communication: Maintain prompt daily email correspondence with shipping lines, overseas partners, and client networks.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education &amp; Experience: 15 years of hands-on experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics (Oil &amp; Gas logistics experience preferred).</p><p>Age Limit: 25 to 35 years.</p><p>Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.</p><p>Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and professional email communication.</p><p>Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Incoterms, shipping line coordination, and container movement workflows.</p>
