Diagnose and rectify faults in CCTV and BMS hardware, software, wiring, and network connections. Perform routine testing, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades while maintaining accurate service records. The role focuses on two main areas: managing and transforming data from multiple sources into structured formats for analysis, and designing, supporting, and maintaining cloud computing environments.
