Junior Engineer Recruitment Request
1. Academic Qualification
• Graduated from an accredited Faculty of Engineering in one of the following disciplines:
o Civil Engineering
o Industrial Engineering
o Mechanical Engineering
o Electrical Engineering
o (or other relevant engineering fields)
2. Technical Capabilities
• Scheduling & Planning Tools:
o Basic understanding of project scheduling concepts.
o Knowledge of Primavera P6 is preferred; training will be provided by the company if needed.
• Software Proficiency:
o Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
o Strong command of Microsoft Word and general MS Office applications.
o Ability to use AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering/technical drafting software.
3. Language Skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate level (spoken, written, and technical communication).
4. Experience
• 0–3 years of relevant engineering experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• High motivation to learn, adapt, and develop skills through structured training programs offered by the company.
5. Personal Attributes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness for project-based workflow.
