The programme supports young people aged 18–35 to identify challenges within their local contexts, conduct research, engage with peers and stakeholders, and collaboratively define priorities and solutions. Through workshops, dialogue sessions, mentoring, and collective action, young people are equipped with leadership, decision-making, and civic engagement skills that enable them to actively contribute to their communities. At the same time, the programme works to strengthen confidence among young people that positive change is possible, while encouraging greater recognition among stakeholders of the value of meaningful youth participation in community and decision-making processes.</span></p><br><br><p><span>Youth Connect is delivered in partnership with civil society organisations and national entities to ensure strong local ownership, sustainability, and measurable impact. The consultant will strengthen partner capacity through mentoring, coaching, regular feedback, and technical guidance, while ensuring delivery aligns with Youth Connect methodology, safeguarding, inclusion, and quality standards.
