We are currently seeking a qualified Odoo ERP Specialist to join our Applications Section and play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and digital solutions.</p><p>-</p><p>Job Title: Odoo ERP Specialist</p><p>Location: Misurata, Libya</p><p>-</p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>-</p><ul><li><p>Receive, classify, and prioritize departmental requests, understanding their business goals and operational impact.</p></li><li><p>Hold meetings with process owners and operational departments to analyze business requirements, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Map As-Is workflows and design To-Be operational processes in close coordination with concerned departments.</p></li><li><p>Gather, document, and analyze clear Business Requirements (BRD) and define Acceptance Criteria for each request or enhancement.</p></li><li><p>Investigate recurring operational issues and propose process enhancements to increase efficiency and eliminate errors or redundancy.</p></li><li><p>Prepare functional test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and document defects and test outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure post-implementation solutions satisfy agreed-upon business requirements and operational standards.</p></li><li><p>Create standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals and user guides tailored to process workflows.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and conduct training and awareness sessions for end-users on new or updated procedures.</p></li><li><p>Monitor post-implementation system usage to identify operational gaps or needs for additional training.</p></li><li><p>Participate in data quality reviews, verify system outputs, assess operational risks, and submit periodic progress reports to management.</p></li></ul><p>--</p><p>Benefits:</p><p>--</p><ul><li><p>Competitive salary package based on qualifications and expertise.</p></li><li><p> Professional and dynamic work environment.</p></li><li><p>Continuous training and career development opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive employee benefits package.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Accounting focus), Information Technology, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Odoo ERP Specialist or Business Analyst in an industrial or commercial setting.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of core business operations and financial workflows, including Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Practical experience in configuring, supporting, and managing Odoo ERP modules.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to draft Business Requirement Documents (BRD), workflow diagrams, and functional test scripts.</p></li><li><p>Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and end-user training skills.</p></li></ul><p></p>
