Almadina Misurata Co. for Paints, Pastes, and Construction Chemicals is looking for a qualified professional to join our Planning and Commercial Department.</p><p></p><p>Job Title: Production Planning Engineer</p><p>Location: Misurata, Libya</p><p>Required Experience: 1–3 Years in Industrial Planning</p><p>---</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Create monthly and weekly production plans based on expected demand, Make-To-Order (MTO) requests, seasonality, and machine/manpower capacity.</p></li><li><p>Generate net Finished Goods (FG) requirements against targeted stock levels and MTO demands.</p></li><li><p>Convert and schedule net requirements into production batches considering machine capacity and the availability of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging (PCK), and Manpower (MP).</p></li><li><p>Check and verify the availability of RM and PCK with the material planning team and key stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Update the production schedule dynamically upon any changes in RM, PCK, MP availability, or MTO schedules.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on production schedule progress execution to ensure all manufacturing orders are released as planned.</p></li><li><p>Communicate production schedule updates efficiently with all relevant stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p><em>Educational Background:</em> Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (specifically <strong>Industrial Engineering</strong>).</p></li><li><p>Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production planning or industrial operations.</p></li><li><p>Languages: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>

<p>As a <strong>Graduate Production Operations Engineer</strong>, you will be instrumental in implementing <strong>Production Data Management Solutions (PDMS). </strong>Your primary focus will be ensuring the <strong>safe, efficient, and reliable</strong> delivery of products, solutions, and services. This role requires close collaboration with operations teams, leveraging technical expertise, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.</p> <p>The candidate needs to be based in Benghazi, working from home or at the client's site. Occasional travel to our office in Tripoli can be required.</p> <p> <strong> Duties and Responsibilities </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Provide technical support in the area of expertise throughout the Sales and Product and Service Delivery process.</li> <li>Ensure that product code and artifacts are managed and safeguarded in a configuration management system in accordance with procedures and guidelines.</li> <li>Apply usability procedures and principles as defined at the project or product-line level or through customer input.</li> <li>Design testing procedures and coordinate with others to implement and automate tests.</li> <li>Develop and execute unit tests.</li> <li>Ensure and monitor source code quality by using appropriate tools.</li> <li>Provide timely corrective actions on assigned defects and issues.</li> <li>Compile and install database systems, write complex queries and scale to multiple machines.</li> <li>Lay the groundwork for a Data Analyst or Data Scientist to easily retrieve the needed data for their evaluations and experiments.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p> <strong> The Individual </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Fresh graduate with a bachelor s degree in petroleum or information technologies is preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of the Oil &amp; Gas production is essential.</li> <li>Knowledge of programming languages or data management is a plus.</li> <li>Fluent English proficiency is required.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.</li> <li>A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>The candidate needs to be based in Benghazi (Libya)</li></ul>
