We are looking for exceptional talents to join our journey of growth and help achieve our organizational goals. </p><p></p><p><strong>Job Title</strong>: Planning and Procurement Specialist </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Misrata, Libya</p><p><strong>Department</strong>: Planning and Commercial </p><p></p><p></p><p><strong> Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Review daily production plan and identify material requirements.</p></li><li><p>Generating and monitoring RM and packaging material plan. </p></li><li><p>Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure materials are available according to production requirements.</p></li><li><p>Creating and Following-up open purchase orders.</p></li><li><p>Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to ensure timely material availability. </p></li><li><p>Invoice &amp; Documentation Follow-up. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor of Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Major in Industrial Engineering.</p></li><li><p> 1 to 3 years of professional experience in planning or procurement.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages. </p></li><li><p>Excellent skills in database software, spreadsheet management, and strategic data analysis.</p></li></ul><p></p>

<ul><li><p>Prepare and execute internal audit plans and programs based on risk assessment and strategic priorities.</p></li><li><p>Review financial, administrative, and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Inspect financial documents, records, and accounting entries for accuracy and completeness.</p></li><li><p>Audit documentation cycles, inventory, procurement, sales, expenses, and related operations.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and identify control weaknesses and potential risks.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to authorized delegation of authority and proper segregation of duties.</p></li><li><p>Perform periodic physical inventory counts and audit checks as required.</p></li><li><p>Draft comprehensive internal audit reports with findings and recommendations for executive management.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on the implementation of agreed-upon corrective actions and recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to minimizing financial and administrative risks, errors, and non-compliance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.</p></li><li><p>3–5 years of relevant experience in internal auditing and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing context.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, internal control frameworks, and risk management principles.</p></li><li><p>High analytical skills with the ability to detect errors, discrepancies, and operational risks.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems (experience with Odoo is preferred).</p></li><li><p>Excellent report-writing, documentation, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Specialized experience in auditing inventory, warehouses, costing, and procurement.</p></li><li><p>Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are considered a strong plus.</p></li></ul><p></p>
