Our main goal is to develop and maintain a positive safety culture whereby everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.</p><br><p><b>Partner with the best</b></p><br><p>As an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist - Health and Safety, you will be responsible for:</p><br><ul><li>Individuals with expertise in a specific area, such as industrial hygiene, injury & illness, ergonomics, electrical safety, process safety management, etc. and/or providing general health & safety advice and support for multiple sites or a region.</li><li>Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in their own field.</li><li>Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.</li><li>Contributes to projects as a team member or leads small projects. <ul>
<li>Point of contact for residents on housekeeping-related matters.</li>
<li>Managing and coordinating day-to-day site cleaning, waste management, laundry operations, and housekeeping services using subcontracted cleaning staff.</li>
<li>Preparing schedules and procedures for all areas under the role.</li>
<li>Maintaining high cleaning standards across the site.</li>
<li>Managing tasks, issues, documentation, queries, and requests raised by the Residential Services Office in relation to housekeeping, site cleaning, and waste management.</li>
<li>Maintaining signage and roadways across the site.</li>
<li>Controlling stock and equipment inventory, including uniforms and Diversey chemicals.</li>
<li>Monitoring and controlling housekeeping department expenses.</li>
<li>Issuing monthly reports on material usage, services provided, attendance, and laundry services.</li>
<li>Exploring ways to increase business and revenue.</li>
<li>Preparing budgets and issuing SOPs.</li>
<li>Managing work orders through Odoo, including technical and general work requests related to housekeeping, site cleaning, and waste management.</li>
<li>Liaising with the FM Technical and Services team leaders.</li>
<li>Supporting the Residential Services Office during the absence of the Residential Services Manager.</li>
<li>Preparing management updates as requested.</li>
<li>Managing keys.</li>
<li>Delivering regular internal training to housekeeping staff.</li>
<li>Keeping the Facilities Manager fully updated on issue resolution.</li>
<li>Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by management.</li>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 7 years of experience in Housekeeping within luxury hotels</li>
<li>Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a 5-star property</li>
<li>Strong command of the English language (all interviews will be conducted in English)</li>
