This is a senior operational management role suited to a disciplined, mature, and proven security professional with significant experience managing armed or static security teams, close protection support, secure compounds, client-facing operations, and hostile-environment security procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, operational performance, discipline, compliance, reporting, and quality assurance of the assigned security project. The role requires strong leadership, sound judgement, diplomatic professionalism, and the ability to operate confidently within a structured international environment.
