<br><p><span><span>Provides assistance with invasive and non-invasive techniques (excluding the catheter insertion) which includes the following: direct systemic arterial, right arterial, central venous and pulmonary artery pressure measurements, patient monitoring and set up for anesthetic and respiratory gas, blood draw and placing EKG electrodes, blood pressure cuff and pulse oximetry on the patient. </span></span></p><br>
<p><span><span>Assists the licensed anesthesia provider in difficult airway intubation by providing video laryngoscopy equipment and/or fiber optic intubation scope as requested. Knowledgeable in the techniques used in securing an open airway, e.g., jaw thrust, jaw lift, or tongue hold.</span></span></p><br>
<p><span><span>Executes the Malignant Hyperthermia protocol as it pertains to the preparation of the anesthesia machine.</span></span></p><br>

<br></span><p>The Laboratory Technologist II is responsible to perform and provide analysis for low to high complex diagnostic testing in the relevant section and provide Phlebotomy services especially for difficult blood draws. </p><br>

<br><p>Actively participates in the technical and analytical work of the section. </p><br>
<p>Liaises with the Team Lead on appropriateness of tests, results, and additional testing as required. </p><br>
<p>Monitors, records, reports back results, and participates in discussions to rectify areas of concern if necessary. </p><br>
<p>Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and either corrects the problem or notifies the Team Lead. </p><br>

To accelerate progress during a period of evolving political, social, and economic dynamics, UNFPA seeks to hire a National Partnerships Consultant who will lead on cultivating, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships across government entities, civil society, academia, and—critically—the national private sector. The consultant will support UNFPA’s mandate by advancing multi-stakeholder engagement, enabling operational access, enhancing program delivery, and mobilizing resources and political backing for UNFPA priorities in Libya.<br><strong>Reporting Line</strong>: The consultant will operate under the direct supervision of the UNFPA Libya Country Office Representative.</p><br><p><strong>Scope of work: (Description of services, activities, or outputs): </strong></p><br><p><strong>A. National Private-Sector Partnerships & Resource Mobilization (CSR Focus)</strong><br> Develop a strategic engagement plan for national private-sector entities aligned with UNFPA’s mandate, including reproductive health, gender-based violence, youth empowerment, and population data.<br> · Identify and cultivate relationships with companies and business associations interested in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), cause-based funding, in-kind support, or joint advocacy.<br> · Translate UNFPA program priorities into compelling value propositions for the private sector, focusing on shared value, reputational benefit, and community impact.<br> · Coordinate with Programme teams to structure CSR partnerships—including sponsorships, co-funding, product/service contributions, and awareness-raising campaigns.<br> · Support the Representative in high-level outreach, negotiation, and partnershipbuilding efforts with corporate leadership.<br> · Maintain an updated database of private-sector actors, opportunities, and relationship progress.<br> · Prepare briefs, concept notes, and partnership pitches tailored to business audiences.<br> · Ensure due diligence, documentation, and compliance with UNFPA and UN policieson private-sector engagement.</p><br><p><strong>C.
