Your Mission as an Operations Supervisor
Your role is pivotal in overseeing the company's daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service quality, and supporting the team in achieving operational and business targets.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as an Operations Supervisor
Follow up on the office's daily operations and supervise workflow.
Oversee reservations, ticketing, and travel services.
Lead the team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Deal with clients and business partners and maintain good relationships.
Follow up on sales and contribute to achieving business targets.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
Solve operational problems and ensure service quality.
Meet client deadlines and deliver work on time.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as an Operations Supervisor
Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Good computer and administrative skills.
Fluency in English.

Location: Omar Al-Mukhtar Street, Tripoli, Libya
Work Arrangement: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications

مهامك كمشرف عمليات
دورك محوري في الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للشركة، وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة، والحفاظ على جودة الخدمة، ودعم الفريق في تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتجارية.
ستتولى هذه المهام والمسؤوليات كمشرف عمليات
متابعة العمليات اليومية للمكتب والإشراف على سير العمل.
الإشراف على الحجوزات وإصدار التذاكر وخدمات السفر.
قيادة الفريق وتوزيع المهام ومراقبة الأداء.
التعامل مع العملاء وشركاء الأعمال والحفاظ على علاقات جيدة.
متابعة المبيعات والمساهمة في تحقيق الأهداف التجارية.
إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية للإدارة.
حل المشكلات التشغيلية وضمان جودة الخدمة.
الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للعملاء وتسليم العمل في الوقت المحدد.
المؤهلات والمهارات التي ستتيح لك التألق كمشرف عمليات
خبرة في قطاع السفر والسياحة.
مهارات قيادية وتواصل وتنظيم قوية.
قدرات جيدة على اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات.
مهارات جيدة في استخدام الحاسوب والمهارات الإدارية.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
