Main responsibilities: • Welcome customers with a smile and present the menu items. • Take orders accurately and enter them into the cashier system. • Serve food and beverages according to brand standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and the service area. • Handle customer feedback with courtesy and professionalism. Requirements: • Age between 20 and 30 years. • Well-groomed appearance and courteous interaction with the public. • Proficiency in Arabic, English knowledge is a plus. • Commitment to shift work and days off. • Experience in restaurants or cafes is a plus — training will be provided for those without experience.
