Job Title: Planning and Procurement Specialist

Location: Misrata, Libya

Department: Planning and Commercial

Job Responsibilities:

• Review daily production plan and identify material requirements.

• Generating and monitoring RM and packaging material plan.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure materials are available according to production requirements.

• Creating and Following-up open purchase orders.

• Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.

• Invoice & Documentation Follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering.

• Major in Industrial Engineering.

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in planning or procurement.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.

• Excellent skills in database software, spreadsheet management, and strategic data analysis.
