Your task as Sales and Marketing ManagerAs the sales manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial team, setting and implementing sales plans, expanding market coverage, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure growth objectives are achieved and the company’s presence in the market is enhanced.
The following tasks and responsibilities will be undertaken as Sales and Marketing ManagerLead and manage the sales team and guide it to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and execute sales plans in line with the company’s objectives.
Identify sales coverage areas and allocate them to sales representatives while monitoring their performance.
Develop relationships with existing customers and attract new ones.
Monitor sales performance indicators, analyze results, and propose improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with warehouse management to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
Track market developments and competitors and raise recommendations to support business growth.
Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed as Sales and Marketing ManagerBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience of at least 5 years in managing or leading sales teams, preferably in consumer goods or food distribution.
Leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate teams.
Excellent negotiation and client relationship-building skills.
The ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Additional requirementsWork location: Al Andalus neighborhood, Tripoli, Libya.
