Mechanical Shift Supervisor
Job Purpose Supervise mechanical maintenance activities during the assigned shift to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise corrective, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance activities. Monitor maintenance work and ensure compliance with maintenance plans and safety procedures. Conduct field inspections and oversee shift team performance. Review inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions. Prepare shift maintenance reports, including equipment breakdowns and follow-up actions. Review engineering drawings and technical documents related to maintenance activities.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:2–4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment. Experience in the cement industry is preferred.
Skills:Mechanical maintenance knowledge. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read engineering drawings. Good reporting and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
