About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with a background in AdTech, digital advertising, or programmatic media to join our growing technology team. This role will focus on building and scaling advertising platforms, audience solutions, reporting tools, and data-driven products that support campaign execution, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with advertising technologies, large-scale data systems, and modern web applications, and understands the complexities of digital media ecosystems including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, identity solutions, and audience targeting platforms.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting advertising operations, campaign management, audience activation, and reporting. Build scalable front-end interfaces and dashboards used by internal teams, clients, and media partners. Develop and maintain APIs, services, and data pipelines that process advertising, audience, and campaign performance data. Integrate with third-party AdTech platforms, including ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, data providers, and measurement solutions. Collaborate with product, data, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver innovative advertising products. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Implement monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting processes for production systems. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning. Support CI/CD processes and cloud-based deployments.
Required Qualifications & Skills4+ years of full-stack software development experience. Experience in AdTech, Mar Tech, digital media, streaming, or advertising technology environments. Strong proficiency in Java Script/Type Script and a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue). Experience building back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, . NET, or similar technologies. Familiarity with advertising platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, or audience/identity solutions (e.g., GAM, Free Wheel, Live Ramp, DV360). Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of programmatic advertising, campaign measurement, and audience targeting. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
