High school diploma or Diploma as a minimum requirement. Saudi nationality – required.1–3 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage service, or customer service. Fluency in English – required. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to take orders accurately and provide attentive table service. Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and restaurant service standards. Ability to handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience. Good organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Punctual, reliable, and a team player. Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures is a plus.
