Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and material handling activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with project schedules and logistics plans. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and site teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations. Maintain inventory records and oversee storage, stock control, and material distribution. Track material movements and prepare logistics status reports for management. Support procurement activities by coordinating the purchase and delivery of materials, equipment, and services. Ensure proper documentation for shipments, deliveries, customs clearance, and procurement transactions. Resolve logistics and supply chain issues to minimize project delays and operational disruptions. Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in coordinating logistics operations for large-scale oil and gas projects, including transportation, warehousing, and material handling, Prior exposure to procurement of materials, equipment, and services is highly preferred.
