Position: Executive Secretary - Office of the Chairman of the Board
Work Location: Misrata City – Libya
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1-Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman, manage his schedule, and coordinate official meetings and appointments.
2- Receive visitors, clients, and delegates, coordinate their visits, and manage access to the Chairman's office.
3- Draft and prepare official correspondence, letters, executive/financial reports, and meeting minutes with high accuracy.
4- Maintain, classify, and organize administrative and confidential files, records, and documents securely.
5- Follow up on the implementation of decisions and directives issued by the Chairman and remind the relevant parties.
6- Prepare statistical tables, presentations, and required documentation.
7- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate administrative workflow and ensure adherence to deadlines.
8- Organize official travels, business trips, hotel bookings, and necessary transportation for the Chairman.
9- Maintain absolute confidentiality and security of sensitive information and data related to senior management.
