Your Mission as a Sales Representative:
As a Sales Representative, your mission is to develop sales opportunities, manage relationships with existing clients, attract new customers, and provide suitable solutions in the field of heavy equipment and generators. You will play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets and strengthening the company’s presence in the market.
You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Sales Representative:
Communicate regularly with existing customers and maintain strong professional relationships.
Identify and acquire new customers and sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until deals are closed.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales and customer activity reports.
Monitor the market, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and internal instructions.
Coordinate with technical and administrative teams to ensure proper customer service.
Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Sales Representative:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or any related technical field.
Previous experience or background in heavy equipment, machinery, or generators is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to use email and formal business correspondence professionally.
Professional appearance, good conduct, and strong customer-handling skills.
Commitment, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work effectively within a team and achieve assigned targets.
Certificates in English language or sales are preferred.
