Who we are looking for:We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can lead projects from planning through delivery, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and ensure execution stays on track across timelines, scope, and priorities.
Responsibilities:Lead projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timelines, priorities, scope, and dependencies are clearly managed. Build and maintain detailed project plans, delivery roadmaps, status trackers, and action logs. Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional teams. Understand incoming requirements, challenge ambiguity when needed, and ask the right questions to ensure proper execution. Coordinate across product, engineering, design, QA, data, and external stakeholders to keep delivery moving smoothly. Monitor project progress closely, identify risks and blockers early, and drive practical solutions. Facilitate project ceremonies and working sessions such as planning, standups, grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder check-ins. Ensure deliverables meet expected quality standards and are completed on time. Provide clear, tailored reporting to different stakeholder groups, including team members, leadership, and clients. Support resource planning and team coordination to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time. Drive accountability across teams while maintaining strong collaboration and momentum. Contribute to improving delivery processes, team workflows, and project visibility.
Qualifications:Proven experience in Project Management within IT, software development, or digital product environments. Strong experience in project planning, delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and execution follow-through. Experience managing the delivery of software products, including web, desktop, and mobile applications. Ability to understand technical and functional requirements and convert them into structured plans and tasks. Strong communication skills, with the ability to report and adapt messaging to different stakeholders and levels of seniority. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple moving parts with confidence. Comfortable working with distributed teams and cross-functional collaborators. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Click Up, or similar.
