Role Summary:We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Persian-speaking region. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partner relationships while continuously seeking new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients and strategic partners. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies. Leverage an extensive local network, including key opinion leaders and community figures, with a history of proven successes. Maintain a verifiable record of trading volume on a major exchange platform. Conduct market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends and opportunities in the crypto exchange sector. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, developing and delivering presentations to prospective partners.

Job Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field. Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities. Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results under pressure and tight deadlines. Fluent in Persian.
