What is the Role? We are seeking to hire a highly resourceful and innovative Head of Marketing who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s products and services, managing a team of professionals, overseeing brand messaging and positioning, and analyzing market trends to develop effective marketing campaigns. The role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry experts.
What Will You Do? Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment. Identify and target key customer segments, developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive user acquisition. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, and public relations efforts. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals by establishing clear goals and providing guidance and support to facilitate their success. Monitor and analyze market trends, user behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure a unified approach to marketing and customer engagement. Evaluate and report on marketing performance, utilizing data to inform and optimize future strategies and initiatives. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and strategies and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
What Qualifications and Requirements are Good to have to be considered for the role? 10+ years of marketing management experience in the financial sector Ability to read, mentor, and support the Marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development. Strong leadership, communication, budget management, strategic thinking, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making skills. Great background in reviewing and enhancing the marketing policy, ensuring its effective implementation across the company. Stay current with industry developments by attending relevant training and conferences, particularly those focusing on fintech and financial services Capacity to foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies to enhance collaboration and compliance efforts. High level of integrity, flexibility, willingness, and sense of ownership.
